tara’s story

After a few tough tours in the Navy I was struggling with stress and anxiety. When I learned yoga, and started incorporating it into my daily routine, I noticed life just got easier. Situations that would normally be difficult for me were less stressful and my relationships with family and friends improved.

I started Metta Yoga Therapy to help others on their journey to relief and I am committed to working along side you to find your path to peace and balance.
